Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on the jilulu platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use jilulu. This is a strict PAGCOR-mandated requirement for casino-style gaming in the Philippines. Age is verified at registration and KYC.
Each player is permitted one jilulu account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds. Report accidental duplicates to Support immediately.

Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilulu ("we", "us", "the Platform", "jilulu"). By accessing jilulu.vip or any of its sub-pages, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the jilulu Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. jilulu is not responsible for any loss arising from incorrect registration details provided by the Player.
4.3 KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include:
4.4 jilulu reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or to verify the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.
4.5 Account registration must be completed by the individual who will use the account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilulu login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
5.2 You must not share your jilulu account credentials with any third party. jilulu support staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
5.3 You must notify jilulu Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any suspected breach of your Account security. jilulu is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
5.4 jilulu strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available in Account Settings and adds a layer of protection for all login attempts from unrecognized devices.
5.5 jilulu may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, temporarily or permanently suspend any Account it reasonably suspects has been accessed by an unauthorized party, pending investigation.
jilulu accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT (TRC20), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All PHP deposits are credited to your jilulu wallet balance in Philippine Peso. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱200 for bank transfers. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. All withdrawals require a fully KYC-verified Account. jilulu targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. jilulu reserves the right to extend processing times for additional verification where required by AML obligations.
All transactions on jilulu are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. jilulu is not responsible for currency exchange losses.
jilulu does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor. Excessive withdrawal requests may be subject to review.
7.1 jilulu offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to their individual promotion terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jilulu bonuses:

8.1 Each game available on the jilulu Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.
8.2 All random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution and other providers. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified game engine or live dealer result and are not subject to manipulation by jilulu.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game interruption during active play, jilulu's game resolution policy applies: where the game outcome cannot be reliably determined, the bet stake will be returned to the Player's account. Jilulu's determination of game outcomes in such circumstances is final.
8.4 Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. jilulu does not accept claims to cancel or reverse settled bets on the basis of user error unless the game system has demonstrably malfunctioned.
8.5 jilulu reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited a software error, glitch, or misconfigured game for financial gain.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilulu's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 jilulu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
12.3 jilulu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages (including GCash, Maya, or bank downtime), natural disasters, or force majeure events.
12.4 jilulu is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited by law.
13.1 jilulu reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
13.2 Upon termination for breach, jilulu reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds held in the Account to the extent permitted by law and regulation. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method following the completion of any investigation.
13.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact jilulu Support via the Support page. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved prior to closure.
14.1 jilulu may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilulu will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via SMS to the registered mobile number, email notification, or a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 Your continued use of the jilulu Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.
14.3 The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current operative version of these Terms. Archived versions are available upon request from jilulu Support.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jilulu Platform shall first be submitted to jilulu's internal dispute resolution process. Players should contact jilulu Support, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. jilulu will acknowledge disputes within 3 business days and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.
15.4 Nothing in this section limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
